Background
Tyndale, a respected Christian publisher, sought to modernize its digital workplace and better leverage Microsoft 365 tools. Their existing intranet was outdated, lacked intuitive structure, and didn’t support the organization’s values-driven communication needs. They needed a secure, centralized, and engaging platform to share information, connect teams, and reflect their faith-based culture — while laying the groundwork for future enhancements.
Approach
Strategic Discovery: StitchDX conducted a comprehensive Discovery phase, including stakeholder sessions to understand organizational structure, communication needs, and cultural requirements.
Solution Design: Created a roadmap and technical architecture to guide the buildout, informed by MLP functional mapping, taxonomy planning, and user experience goals.
Development & Configuration: Built a SharePoint intranet enhanced with Powell templates, including department sites, custom templates, and a homepage.
Custom Cultural Features: Developed a daily “Scripture of the Day” module, a searchable glossary of publishing terms, and a custom chapel presentation content type.
Training & Support: Delivered live and recorded training sessions for admins and content owners, along with ongoing best-practice support and documentation.

Solution
The new intranet has transformed Tyndale’s internal communications. Employees now have secure, consistent access to the tools, content, and updates they need—all in a single, easy-to-use location. The integration of SharePoint and Powell Software allowed for a flexible build that could meet both practical business needs and cultural priorities.
Custom features like the Scripture display, chapel presentation archive, and glossary ensure the platform feels uniquely Tyndale, while document archives and enhanced search streamline day-to-day productivity. With a strong governance foundation and scalable structure, the new intranet supports long-term growth and adaptability.
